Our ordering process

We offer free publications and resources for schools on our website. When ordering publications and resources through the Scots Hoose Yaldi website, we ask for your contact details: name, postal address of school and email address.

We will use this information in order to fulfil your request for publications and resources and to communicate with you about your order.
We store your contact details on secure computer systems and we control who has access to information in order to distribute the publications and resources to you as efficiently as possible.

We will keep your contact details only for as long as necessary to fulfil your order and manage our records. We will securely delete personal information when it is no longer required.

Mailing list

When you share your name and email address with us, we ask you for permission to add your name and email address to a mailing list. We only add people to our mailing list where they have given their consent to do so.

We maintain and regularly update this mailing list which is stored on secure computer systems. The purpose of the mailing list is to keep you updated with information about our new free resources. Your details are not used for any other purpose.

We will keep your name and email address on our mailing list until you withdraw your consent, unsubscribe from our communications, or ask us to delete your information.

Removal of personal details

If at any time you wish us to remove your personal details from our ordering process or from our mailing list, we would respect your right to remove your details and we would safely delete your details from our systems.
